How to Delete Your Ogima Account

You can delete your Ogima account directly from the app. Once deleted, your account and associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Ogima app on your device.
2. Go to your Profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap the Settings gear icon.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your personal information (email, name, profile picture)
• Your learning progress, scores, and activity history
• Your saved vocabulary and word bank
• Your subscription and payment information
• Your notification preferences and app settings

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after account deletion:

• Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
• Data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention, retained only as long as legally required
